We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any earrings.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may request photographic evidence to assess the damage or defect. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product or a refund.
